Each training is tailor made, and designed according to the preferences of the customer. However, without exception a training session of Magazijn13 will emphasize the following:

• Think and act strategically - develop a feel for interests of other organizations, other stake holders
• Manage the unpredictable - such as, a volatile labor market environment and a difficult to tangle motivation of job seekers
• Learning by doing!
• Application of simulation tools - with a view to stimulating reflection on one’s own situation, and stimulating discussions (interactive)
• A strong theoretical basis, but tailored to practical issues
• With a continuous feedback to the perspective of the participant - as a manager, or policy maker
